Terms & Conditions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "oh365" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at oh365.cam, including all games, services, features, promotions, and associated software.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on oh365.
• "Player," "User," or "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on oh365 or accesses the Platform.

• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin, cashback award, or other incentive offered by oh365 to Account Holders under defined terms.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an Account on oh365, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organizations, and automated systems may not register Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order from oh365 or any other gaming platform, and must not have been permanently excluded from oh365 in the past.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of oh365, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written consent has been obtained from oh365 management.

3.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an Account on oh365, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You agree to keep this information current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active Account on oh365 at any time. The registration or use of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. oh365 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any associated Balances or Bonuses held in such Accounts.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. oh365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify oh365 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].

3.4 KYC Verification

oh365 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal functionality.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

oh365 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT (Tether), and BTC (Bitcoin). oh365 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time, with notice provided to Account Holders where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account Holder's own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• The minimum deposit amount for e-wallet and bank transfer methods is ₱100. Minimum deposit thresholds for cryptocurrency may vary based on network conditions.
• Deposits are generally credited to the Account Balance in real time. oh365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or network congestion.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where otherwise approved by oh365 in writing.
• oh365 may require completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Unverified Accounts may have withdrawals held pending document submission.
• oh365 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, or per week, which may vary by Account tier or payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times are estimated and not guaranteed. oh365 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment infrastructure, including Philippine bank settlement windows or blockchain network confirmation times.

oh365 offers various promotional incentives to Account Holders from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all Bonuses issued by oh365:

• Each Bonus offer is subject to its own specific terms, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit conditions, and expiry dates. These specific terms will be published at the time the promotion is made available.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (Wagering Requirement) before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. Where not otherwise specified, the standard Wagering Requirement is 20x the Bonus amount.

• Registering an Account using false, stolen, or third-party identity information.
• Holding or operating multiple Accounts on oh365 simultaneously or at different times.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any other mechanical or electronic device to automate gameplay, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the oh365 platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity. oh365 cooperates fully with relevant Philippine and international authorities on anti-money laundering (AML) compliance.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using oh365 as a vehicle to process illicit funds.
• Attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion order, Account restriction, or security measure implemented by oh365.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right, license, or other interest in the intellectual property of oh365.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the oh365 platform without prior written authorization from oh365. Unauthorized use of oh365's intellectual property may result in Account closure and legal action.

oh365 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the oh365 Privacy Policy.

oh365 processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming enforcement, regulatory compliance, and platform improvement. oh365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with regulated third-party service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) only to the extent necessary to provide the oh365 service.

oh365's total aggregate liability to any Account Holder in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Account Holder in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim, excluding any Bonus credits.

oh365 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside oh365's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, Philippine national holidays affecting payment infrastructure, or force majeure events) may result in temporary service interruptions. oh365 is not liable for losses incurred during such interruptions.

oh365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, oh365 will provide reasonable notice to Account Holders via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the oh365 platform following notice of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure through the oh365 support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through oh365's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, or Account action, the Account Holder should first contact oh365 customer support via live chat or email. oh365 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes within a reasonable time frame. oh365's records, including transaction logs and game session records, shall be deemed conclusive evidence in the resolution of any dispute, absent manifest error.
